We're excited about hosting your event at The Flourish Flat! Before we book your reservation, let's go over a few details:
Our weekday rate (Monday-Friday) is $35 per hour.
Our weekend rate (Saturday-Sunday) is $275 for a minimum of 6 hours.
We provide tables and chairs to accommodate up to 80 guests.
You will have access to our full kitchen.
You will access to our kid's space and sitting area with a loveseat and smart TV.
We aim to maintain a family friendly environment and we do not allow alcohol and smoking on The Flourish Flat property. There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit due at booking that will be applied to the final booking price. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to the rental.
After booking, a final contract will be sent to you to view and sign. If after signing the agreement and paying the deposit, the Renter cancels within 2 weeks of Rental Period Date, an additional $50 will be charged to the card on file. This is in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit.
In the event that Renter fails to pay the balance due within the time period agreed upon in this contract, access to The Flat will not be granted. Your final balance invoice will be emailed closer to your reservation date.
The Flourish Flat is a brick and mortar houseplant shop and party venue located in Genoa, Ohio. After all, what’s better than plants and parties?!
