We're excited about hosting your event at The Flourish Flat! Before we book your reservation, let's go over a few details:
Our weekday rate (Monday-Friday) is $35 per hour.
Our weekend rate (Saturday-Sunday) is $275 for a minimum of 6 hours.
We provide tables and chairs to accommodate up to 80 guests.
You will have access to our full kitchen.
You will access to our kid's space and sitting area with a loveseat and smart TV.
We aim to maintain a family friendly environment and we do not allow alcohol and smoking on The Flourish Flat property. There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit due at booking that will be applied to the final booking price. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to the rental. After booking, a final contract will be sent to you to view and sign.
The Flourish Flat is a brick and mortar houseplant shop and party venue located in Genoa, Ohio. After all, what’s better than plants and parties?!
